Our first fall session focuses on building strong foundations through consistent, twice-a-week lessons (Wednesday evenings & Sunday mornings). Swimmers develop water safety, comfort, and confidence while learning core skills in a supportive, deen-centered environment. This session is ideal for beginners or those looking to strengthen their basics and feel more at ease in the water.

Session 2 builds on that foundation, helping swimmers refine their skills, improve technique, and gain greater independence in the water. With the same steady twice-a-week rhythm, students continue progressing in strength, coordination, and confidence, leaving the session more capable and secure in deeper water.
